Returns and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot honor returns on new or used second-hand purchases from private parties, second-hand stores or resale boards (such as Ebay, Facebook or other second-hand retailers).
Returns are FREE on all full priced merchandise in their new, unworn condition within 14 days from your delivery date.
If these requirements are not met, the request will be denied. If you return items that have been denied, the items will be returned to you at your cost. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to return an item, and receive a return label. Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, a refund less the cost of original shipping will be issued within 7 days.
Items that cannot be returned for refund are items that are: Clearance, Final Sale, Warehouse Sale, Last Call etc.
We reserve the right to reject/refuse the refund for items that do not fit these qualifications. The customer will pay to have the items shipped back to them if items are sent to us outside of the time frame and/or not approved for return.
We can only accept returns on items purchased directly through nemanshoes.com, within the contiguous United States.
Please note we can not process exchange any longer.

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer returns and/or exchanges for orders shipped Internationally at this time.
Discount Codes and Promotions are offered for a limited time and only one discount code can be used per order. Discounts are not automatically applied to your order unless stated. The code must be entered at check out. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Additional exclusions and restrictions may apply.
If an item that you purchased is discounted or goes on sale within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a store credit for the difference. Please note that this price adjustment constitutes the item as now being on Sale or Clearance and it cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If an address is entered incorrectly on your order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible so that a correction can be made. If the order has not shipped, we can make the necessary changes. We are unable to make changes once the order has been shipped and are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If the order is returned to us due to wrong or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
